Jeff Mudd is a Texas-based author known for writing character-driven stories that blend humor, nostalgia, and heart. A West Texas native now living in Round Rock, he draws from everyday moments, familiar places, and the people who make them matter. His work often centers on simple lives that aren’t so simple when you take the time to look a little closer.

Before becoming a full-time storyteller, Jeff spent over two decades as a personal trainer and several years as a sportswriter, experiences that continue to shape the rhythm and perspective of his writing. He has published multiple books across a range of styles, all grounded in a distinct voice that values honesty, observation, and a well-timed line that sounds like something someone might actually say.
